The Portage Lake District Library invites all to its annual MUSIC FOR MEDIA 
event!!

Bring your family and friends to listen and dance to the music of:
THE SWEDETOWN IRREGULARS ~ CRAWFISH MOYAKKA ~ MOON DOGS ~ ERIN SMITH ~
LORI HONRATH ~ THE SUGAR MAPLE FOLK: FRENCH CANADIAN MUSIC AND DANCE

Date:   Saturday, February 24
Time:   5:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Place:  South Range Community Hall
Price:  $5/individual    $10/family
What:  Music!
          Potluck! (beverages and table service provided)
          Kids Hour! (5:00 - 6:00)
          Silent Auction! (book themes and more)

Kids Hour with the Sugar Maple Folk: French Canadian Music and Dance, 5:00 - 
6:00
         ~ Games and activities include making a simple musical instrument, 
learning
            easy folk dances, singing, and pinatas.
         ~  Face painting and crafts will be on-going as long as the kids 
want to do them.

Juggler extraordinaire, Jason Cattelino, will perform throughout the 
evening!

Proceeds from this event will purchase media related items for the library: 
music CDs, audio books for all ages, DVDs, etc.  Proceeds from last year's 
event will purchase a listening station for kids.
