Ladies and Gentlemen of all ages!!!
The Finnish American Heritage Center is proud to announce it's Community Enrichment Classes for Fall of 2006! There are 5 classes available from beginning Finnish Language, HIstoric Research and Writing, Kivajat Folk Dancing, 5-string Kantele class and a Group Guitar Workshop!
This e-mail is regarding the guitar workshop!
If you have ever thought about learning to play guitar, but lack confidence in your musical ability, or if you play already but are looking to brush up a little bit, this is the perfect thing for you! My name is Bob Hiltunen and I have been asked to participate in this Community Enrichment Program, and I am very excited to be involved. We will be going over the basics first, but then, hopefully, we'll move along to some advance concepts and chords!! The first workshop is on Friday, Sep. 29th at 6:00 pm, and will proceed each friday at he same time for 10 weeks!! The cost is only 50 bucks, wich equals 5 bucks a session! That's a great deal! Come on in and learn to play!!
You can pick up an enrollment form at Goodtimes Music Store 506 shelden, houghton, next to the lode, or the Finnish American Heritage Center.
