Double Barrel Darrel is a rollicking five piece alt. country band  
from northern Indiana.  Some of you heard them last year at the  
Horsetail Scramble on July 4th.  They're going to be here again at  
Churning Rapids for the July 4th afternoon Scramble and party,  
there'll also be food and drink, bring a dish to pass and your own  
plate if you can remember it.

Double Barrel Darrel is making two other appearances while they're in  
the Copper Country:
Saturday July 1st 9pm at the Mariner North in Copper Harbor and  
Sunday July 2nd 8pm at the Shaft in downtown Houghton.

Double Barrel Darrel says "Our music is marked by tight vocal  
harmonies, evocative solos, and a gutsy rhythm section."  They say  
they're glad to be alive and playing the 21st century.  I say I like
