[local-music] U.P. Cares Hurricane Benefit CD/DVD

Well, with all the recent personal changes, there has been a delay in the 
release of the Hurricane Benefit CD and DVD. The CD is nearly completed and 
the DVD is waiting for the final audio before editing. Christopher Plummer 
has been instrumental in the final production of the CD, so rest assured 
that it will bear some rather high quality points.

So far, only Variance and Erik Koskinen's band has been mixed, and it will 
only be a matter of a few more weeks before the final presentation to the 
public will be made. So, they should be ready for Christmas gifting.

Unfortunately, there will be no "compilation" CD produced by the U.P. Cares 
effort, only the benefit show CD/DVD. But I recently heard that another 
local entity will be compiling such a CD. Keep an eye peeled for him!
